Ikebana Class At Long Beach Buddhist Church

Fee $45 per person

You can learn basic and freestyle Ikebana based on Sogetsu Ikebana text books. 

You don't need to bring anything unless you want to bring your own scissors if you have any. Scissors, any necessary tools can be borrowed.

If you are not sure that Ikebana is something you want to learn, first timers are always welcomed!

Michiko teaches the basics and helps students discover and express themselves, and embrace their beautiful life.

Please register 3 days prior to class day. Fresh, seasonal flower materials wait for you.

*Although you cannot take your own completed Ikebana arrangements to home as you will need to pull out the flowers from the flower frog called "Kenzan," you can take flowers with you after class.

*For Birthday, Anniversary Parties, private workshops are available up to 15 people. If you want to have a Ikebana workshop at different locations, please contact us.
