Option A:
Hands-on Ikebana Workshops

A guided, hands-on Ikebana workshop designed to encourage creativity, observation, conversation, and connection. Mikoblooms handles the materials, instruction, setup, and cleanup.

Each participant creates and takes home their own Ikebana arrangement.

Discover Ikebana

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Who can participate?

No prior Ikebana experience is needed. Participants should be able to use floral scissors safely with facility staff assistance when needed.

 

2.  How many participants can join?

Option A: Hands-on workshops accommodate up to 14 participants, allowing each resident to receive individual guidance.

Option B: Discover Ikebana is suitable for larger groups.

 

3.  What is included?

Mikoblooms provides all floral materials, tools, instruction, setup, and cleanup, arriving 90 minutes early to prepare.

 

4.  What does the community need to provide?

The facility will need to provide an indoor space with water access, tables, chairs, and suitable table coverings. 

5.  How much does it cost?
